Ovation School Policies

24-Hour Notice

At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed lessons are forfeited.

Payment Reserves Your Time

An active payment or lesson package is required to hold your teacher, day, and time. Lessons cannot be scheduled without payment.

Package Expiration

Expiration begins on the date of purchase.

• 4 Lessons — 30 Days
• 8 Lessons — 60 Days
• 12 Lessons — 90 Days

Lesson Payments

All lesson and program payments are non-refundable. Missed lessons and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited. If Ovation cancels a lesson, a makeup lesson, substitute instructor, or account credit will be provided.

Program Payments

Camps, workshops, RockShop, and special events must be paid in full before participation.

Retail Sales

All retail sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
